Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during holidays or severe weather conditions.

Delivery

Free Delivery: We offer free standard shipping over $70 via UPS/FedEx to the 54 contiguous United States (excluding U.S. territories such as Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas).

Delivery Time: Orders usually arrive within 2-7 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping delays are sometimes unavoidable. Delivery during/after holidays or to areas experiencing severe weather conditions may require additional time.

Order Tracking

Upon shipment, you'll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order. We will assist you in canceling it as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, if you still wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team for further assistance. You may return the item(s) once they are delivered.

Additional Delivery Information

Weekend Delivery: Standard shipping is available Monday–Friday. Weekend delivery may be available in select areas.

Compact Packaging: To minimize waste and ensure easier handling, some Bedtter products (such as mattresses) are vacuum-sealed and shipped in a compact box.
