30-Day Easy Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Packed in the original packaging
- Free of odors, stains, pet hair, or signs of wear
- Please keep your order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
How to Start A Return
Simply email us at support@bedtter.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Note: Please do not send items back without authorization—unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Damaged/Incorrect Orders
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos at support@bedtter.com. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure product hygiene and safety, the following items are non-returnable:
- Used bedding (including blankets and pillows)
- Opened pillowcases or mattress protectors
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or discounted clearance items
- Gift cards

Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing time may vary by bank.
