Warranty Policy

I. Good To Know

All warranties are valid from the purchase date. Keep your receipt for hassle-free claims, and the warranty is only valid for the original purchasers.
Furthermore, our warranty policy applies only to Bedtter products used for personal and residential purposes within the contiguous United States (excluding U.S. territories). It does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized dealers or third-party platforms not affiliated with Bedtter, products purchased through our trade or wholesale programs, or products used in commercial environments such as hotels, vacation rentals, or retail locations.

II. Products Warranty Details

Throws & Comforters 1 Year Since throws, comforters and pillows are personal items, we only accept manufacturing & materials defects in seams, stitching, or fabric integrity not caused by user mishandling.
  • Normal wear and tear, including pilling, color fading, or softening from regular washing or use.
  • Personal comfort preferences such as weight, warmth, or feel.
  • Physical damage from abuse, accidents, improper care, or exposure to moisture or heat.
  • Commercial use or institutional wear.
  • Natural disasters or environmental factors.
  • Replacement of non-defective parts or sets.
  • Items sold "as-is" or from unauthorized resellers.
Pillows 1 Year Covers defects in seams, stitching, or materials when used in home settings and not caused by misuse.
  • Normal wear and tear, including softening or settling.
  • Comfort preference (such as firmness or loft).
  • Physical damage such as burns, tears, stains, liquid damage, or cuts caused by misuse or accidents.
  • Commercial use (unless you're a verified Trade Customer).
  • Any pillow sold "as-is" or through unauthorized resellers.
  • Limited liability: If a defect is confirmed, Bedtter will repair or replace the defective pillow at its discretion.
Mattress 10 Years
  • Split or open seams
  • Broken or damaged mattress springs
  • Detached or broken mattress handles
  • Cracked or damaged mattress base
  • Significant sagging or loss of shape not caused by misuse
  • Normal softening of foam over time
  • Personal comfort preferences: dissatisfaction due to firmness or feel
  • Physical damage or misuse: burns, cuts, stains, tears, liquid damage
  • Commercial use (unless a verified Trade Customer)
  • Non-defective components in a multi-part system
  • Unauthorized retailer purchases
  • Pre-owned or non-new mattresses (e.g., "as-is", "used")
  • Limited liability: Bedtter will repair or replace only the defective mattress or component

III. Customers' Responsibilities

If you believe your product has a defect and wish to take advantage of this limited warranty, you’ll need to return the item to Bedtter along with valid proof of the original purchase date. You won't be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. All claims, including documentation of the defect, should be submitted to the address provided at the end of this warranty policy.

If a defect is confirmed, Bedtter will send you a replacement product at no additional cost. Please note that any replacement item will remain under the original warranty period and will not reset or extend the coverage. The warranty term will continue from the date of the initial purchase.

IV. Limitation of Bedtter's Liability

This Limited Warranty serves as your exclusive remedy for any defects in the Product and constitutes Bedtter's sole obligation and liability in such cases. It supersedes all other warranties and liabilities of Bedtter, whether oral or written, statutory (non-mandatory), contractual, tort-based, or otherwise. This includes, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, any implied terms, conditions, or warranties regarding satisfactory quality or suitability for a specific purpose. You won't be responsible for any shipping costs associated with the return. All claims, including documentation of the defect, should be submitted to the address provided at the end of this warranty policy.

Nevertheless, this Limited Warranty does not exclude or restrict (i) any statutory rights you may have under relevant national legislation, or (ii) any rights you may hold against the original seller of the product.

Subject to applicable laws, Bedtter shall not be held responsible for any loss, corruption, or damage to data, any loss of profits, inability to use the Product or its features, business disruption, loss of agreements or expected savings, increased operational costs, or any indirect, consequential, or special damages.

To the extent permitted by law, Bedtter's total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the Product.

Bedtter DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS DOCUMENT, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY, OR HIDDEN DEFECTS. THIS ALSO INCLUDES ANY IMPLIED TERMS THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE ARISE BY LAW, USAGE, OR COURSE OF DEALINGS, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A SPECIFIC USE. EXCEPT AS EXPLICITLY STATED HEREIN, BEDTTER DISCLAIMS ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSSES, EXPENSES, INCONVENIENCES, OR INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRODUCT.

V. General Provisions

If any clause within this warranty is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it shall be removed, but the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain intact.

Please note: All claims under this Limited Warranty are subject to the conditions outlined in this document. This warranty supersedes any prior warranties or promotional materials issued by Bedtter.
